RETURNS POLICY (Customers in the UK)




If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase. We will then credit your account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer's return shipping costs cannot be refunded. 




RETURNS POLICY (Customers outside the UK)



If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for customers in Europe and 20 daysof receipt for customers from the rest of the world. We will then credit your account to the value of the goods. The postage costs in getting the goods to you are however not refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer's return shipping costs cannot be refunded.
